I’ve known Rachel for quite some time but it’s not why I am writing this review. I’ve always known her to be a hard working, consistent, honest, and genuinely kind individual. It was a no brainer that I when I needed a realtor I could trust, I looked to her. I was going through a really difficult time while I was house hunting and Rachel supported me through the whole process. She was responsive, informative, encouraging, asked all the right questions to the selling agent and knew what to look for during showings.

I’ll tell you a little story…If it weren’t for Rachel, I wouldn’t be living where I am now. We had about 5 showings/open houses booked one Saturday, and I was feeling really defeated. It was the last stop, I already had a sense of what it looked like and didn’t want to go. She said, “we might as well, we’re already on the way!”. We walked in and all I saw was wallpaper, outdated appliances, wood panelling, nothing that was esthetically to “my taste”. That’s all it was though, esthetics…Rachel saw potential, a wonderful safe neighbourhood, a charming back yard, a park across the street for the kids, a home that was loved and cared for and had really great bones and required no major upgrades.

I tell you, I would have really missed out if she wasn’t there that day because I LOVE my house. I’ve been there since July and since that day, it’s felt like home. She saw what I couldn’t and sometimes, that’s really all you need from your realtor, a second set of eyes to help you see into your future. Thank you, Rachel <3
